Introduction
The battery operated 10 ton material handling electric trackless transfer trolley adopts solid cast steel clad rubber wheels, which has a large bearing capacity and does not require a rail. The ground flatness and bearing capacity must be high, and the direction guided by the steering wheel can be freely turned. The trolley can turn 360 degrees flexibly, and has control buttons such as forward, backward, left turn, right turn buttons, speed control buttons, emergency stop buttons, abnormal light indication, power-on light indication, and permission key. The wheels are made of rubber wheels. The larger the tonnage, the higher the requirements for the flatness of the ground, generally concrete or tempered ground. Due to the limited battery life, it is suitable for occasions where there is no indoor transportation and infrequent use.
Working Principle
The battery is installed in the trackless transfer trolleys. The batteries supplied the electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. By this ways, we can make the steerable transfer carts to start, stop, go forward, backward, adjust the speed and so on.
Product Features
1. The trackless transfer trolley does not need to install the rail, and can walk freely on the flat ground. The trackless rubber wheel has slightly higher requirements on the ground, but it can be on the cement floor or the steel plate floor.
2. The trackless transfer trolley can turn flexibly, can achieve 360-degree rotation at rest, and has a small turning radius.
3. The trackless transfer trolley is equipped with an infrared detection device, which can detect obstacles, and the detection distance is 0.3-3 meters (the detection distance is adjustable).
4. The trackless transfer trolley uses imported polyurethane casters, which have large bearing capacity, small wear and beautiful appearance.
5. The trackless transfer trolley will be automatically powered off after 5 minutes of unmanned operation to ensure the service life of the battery and various components.
