Brief Introduction Of Electric Transfer Trolleys
The heavy capacity steel plate handle trolley is supplied with Three-phase 36V low voltage unit.
The working principle : The steel plate handle trolley is powered by the 36V single-phase (three phase) low voltage rail, which through sliding wire to complete. Ground step-down transformer control cabinet will be single phase (three phase) AC 380V step-down to single-phase (3Phase) 36V, sent to the flat car by the rail sliding wire, and then step-up (three phase) single-phase AC 380V by step-up transformers on the car, provide electricity for the single-phase capacitor motors which used in the car.
Application Of Electric TransferTrolleys
The rail powered electric transfer trolleys can run on the straight railways or on the ‘S’ and arc-shaped railways to carry many material,and be able to Apply in the high-temperature environment or other worse condition with the strong bearing ability. Therefore, the steel plate handle trolley is mainly applied in assembly line,warehouse transport, ship industry, work piece transport in workshop,lathe transport, steel factory, construction, petroleum industry , energy , chemical industry , railway(rail maintenance, rail welding, train tractor).
